Effective Date: October 20, 2026

This Payment Policy applies to payments and service requests involving Reservations LLC, unless a separate written agreement or transaction-specific condition applies.

Important Payment Information

Review the applicable payment terms before authorizing a transaction.

Review the total amount and applicable conditions before completing a payment.

The amount payable depends on the service requested and the applicable transaction terms. Where charges apply, the relevant amounts and conditions should be disclosed before the customer authorizes the transaction.

Charges for travel services may be separate from any service or assistance fee charged by Reservations LLC.

Customers should review the total price, services included, payment conditions, cancellation restrictions and refund terms before completing a purchase.

Reservations LLC does not guarantee that a payment, reservation, refund, credit or other transaction will be approved by an independent travel provider.

1. Payment Process

Payments should be completed using the available payment process for the requested service.

1

Review the Transaction

Review the requested service, applicable charges, payment amount and relevant transaction conditions.

2

Authorize Payment

Provide the required payment information and authorize the transaction using the available payment process.

3

Confirmation

Retain the payment receipt or transaction confirmation and any applicable service or reservation reference.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

Available payment methods may vary by transaction.

Payment methods, where available, will be presented during the applicable transaction or communicated by our authorized service representative.

The payment method available for a particular transaction may depend on the payment processor, transaction requirements and applicable service conditions.

Do not assume that a particular payment method is accepted unless it is displayed or confirmed for your transaction.

Any additional requirements imposed by a payment provider must be satisfied before a transaction can be completed.

3. Payment Authorization

Transactions require appropriate authorization.

By authorizing a payment, the customer confirms their intention to pay the amount presented for the applicable service or transaction.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the payment information they provide is accurate and that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.

A payment may be declined, delayed or subject to additional verification by the payment processor or financial institution.

Reservations LLC cannot guarantee approval of a payment by a bank, card issuer or other payment provider.

A payment authorization or charge does not, by itself, guarantee that an independent travel provider has confirmed a reservation. Customers should review the applicable confirmation and transaction details.

4. Pricing and Applicable Charges

Charges depend on the service and transaction terms.

The amount payable will be determined by the applicable service, selected options and transaction conditions.

Where applicable, the total amount may include travel-provider charges, taxes, mandatory charges or separately disclosed service or assistance fees.

Charges imposed by an airline, hotel, car rental company, cruise operator or another independent supplier are governed by the terms applicable to that supplier and transaction.

Any service or assistance fee charged by Reservations LLC should be presented with its applicable conditions before payment authorization.

Customers should review the final amount and applicable terms before authorizing a transaction. Do not proceed if the displayed amount or conditions are unclear.

5. Service and Assistance Fees

Any applicable fee should be reviewed before payment.

If Reservations LLC charges a service or assistance fee, the applicable amount and conditions should be communicated before the customer authorizes the transaction.

A service or assistance fee may be separate from the amount charged by an independent travel supplier.

The conditions governing a service fee, including whether it is refundable, depend on the terms disclosed for the relevant transaction and applicable law.

Customers should retain a copy of the applicable transaction terms and payment confirmation for their records.

6. Currency and Billing Amounts

The transaction currency should be reviewed before payment.

The applicable transaction currency will be shown or communicated as part of the payment process.

If a payment is processed in a currency different from the customer's account currency, the card issuer or financial institution may apply its own exchange rate or conversion fee.

Any conversion rate, foreign transaction fee or additional charge imposed by a financial institution is subject to that institution's terms.

Customers should contact their card issuer or financial institution for questions about exchange rates or bank-imposed fees.

7. Payment Security

Protect your payment information and transaction credentials.

Verify Transaction Details

Review the transaction amount and service conditions before authorizing a payment.

Protect Credentials

Do not disclose passwords, one-time authentication codes or other unnecessary security credentials.

Report Concerns

Contact your payment provider promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your payment method.

Request Assistance

Contact Reservations LLC if you need help identifying a transaction associated with our services.

Customers should not send complete payment card numbers, passwords or authentication codes through ordinary email.

Payment processing and security requirements may depend on the payment provider and the method used for the transaction.

8. Declined or Pending Payments

A declined or pending payment may require review by the payment provider.

A payment may be declined because of insufficient funds, incorrect payment information, bank restrictions, security checks, transaction limits or other reasons determined by the payment provider.

Reservations LLC may not receive detailed information about the reason for a decline. Customers may need to contact their card issuer or financial institution.

If a transaction appears pending or an amount appears temporarily unavailable, contact the relevant financial institution to clarify the transaction status.

Customers should avoid repeatedly submitting a payment without first checking whether the original transaction was completed or remains pending.

9. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

Contact us promptly if a payment appears incorrect.

If you believe that you were charged twice, charged an incorrect amount or billed for a transaction you do not recognize, contact Reservations LLC.

We will review the transaction information available to us and, where an error associated with our processing is confirmed, take appropriate steps to address it.

Please provide the transaction date, amount charged, contact information and relevant booking or payment reference, where applicable.

For charges imposed directly by a bank, card issuer or independent travel supplier, customers may also need to contact the relevant provider.

10. Refunds and Payment Reversals

Refunds are subject to applicable transaction conditions.

A refund is not automatically available for every payment or service.

Refund eligibility may depend on the service purchased, applicable transaction terms, cancellation timing and, where relevant, the rules of an independent travel provider.

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be returned to the original payment method where practical and permitted by the payment processor.

Refunds may be subject to processing requirements of the payment processor, card issuer, bank or applicable travel provider. Additional time may be required for the credit to appear in the account.

For detailed cancellation eligibility, non-refundable charges and refund request procedures, review our Refund Policy .

11. Unauthorized Transactions

Report suspected unauthorized payments as soon as possible.

If you believe a payment was made without your authorization, contact Reservations LLC promptly and notify your bank, card issuer or payment provider as appropriate.

We may request relevant transaction information needed to investigate a payment associated with our services.

Do not send passwords, complete payment card numbers or authentication codes when reporting a payment concern.

Investigations, payment disputes and chargeback decisions may be subject to the procedures of the relevant financial institution or payment provider.

12. Independent Travel Provider Charges

Third-party travel services may have separate payment terms.

Airlines, hotels, car rental companies, cruise operators and other independent travel providers may establish their own pricing, payment, deposit, cancellation and refund requirements.

Where a transaction involves an independent travel provider, the provider's applicable conditions may govern the relevant travel service and charges.

Reservations LLC does not control the payment processing systems, pricing decisions or refund determinations of independent suppliers.

Customers should review the applicable supplier terms and reservation confirmation to understand which entity is responsible for a particular charge.

13. Customer Responsibilities

Customers should review and retain their payment records.

  • Review the total amount and applicable transaction conditions before payment.
  • Provide accurate payment and contact information.
  • Use a payment method that you are authorized to use.
  • Retain receipts, confirmations and relevant transaction references.
  • Contact us promptly if a payment appears incorrect or unrecognized.
  • Review applicable refund, cancellation and supplier terms before completing a purchase.

Customers should promptly report errors or concerns so the relevant transaction can be reviewed.

14. Policy Limitations

This Payment Policy describes general payment conditions and does not guarantee approval of a payment, reservation, refund or payment dispute.

Where a separate transaction-specific agreement, disclosed service condition or payment-provider requirement applies, that condition may govern the relevant transaction.

Reservations LLC is an independent travel reservation assistance business and does not control the policies, pricing, availability or payment decisions of independent travel suppliers.

Nothing in this policy is intended to remove any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
